Apparently I have to wait for a rind to form and then paint it in melted lard - I assume to stop it going mouldy! - I obviously can't taste it to see if it's any good, 'cos that'd ruin the rind, so just keeping fingers crossed and hoping it'll be OK!

It looks just like a whole wensleydale I bought a few years ago!!!! I bet its gorgeous with a glass of wine:-)
