Now you see when we all get used to a lovely bit of sunshine and all the shrubs start to bloom, and we get out the t-shirts, mow the lawn, the birds start getting frisky, and I've even seen a butterfly........... then this happens
Weather report for next week
When my brother was born in March 1947, the snow was apparently so bad that my grandmother couldn't travel the 40 miles to see my mother for six weeks!
ReplyDeleteIt IS hard to believe the weather will turn,mind you it may deter my neighbour from having a bonfire!
I remember when I was little and there were blizzards at the end of April. My poor little daffs...
ReplyDeleteah that would be ther year it snowed on my birthday ;-(! well i just say it serves you right for having such nice weather, it's not been about 7degrees here yet! i'm still living in my ugg boots! xxxx
