Summer brightness


Don't yellow pansies just look like summer is here?

















Just wanted to share that I have just run my first over full 5k - It took 37 1/2 mins, so not very fast at all, but I have three weeks until raceforlife to get some confidence at the distance and maybe speed up a little. I'm dead chuffed!
